I think with a rap name like Game, anytime someone says Game or The Game its construed as about Chuck Taylor. From listening to it and reading the other comments i think he said the dope game so not about Chuck IMO

Thought I heard Game saying on one of his new mixtape songs Ross and Jeezy should stop beefing.. so why would Jeezy be turning towards Game? Wouldn't really make sense, so I think no he isn't talking about Game.
