Slim Shady LP + EP appreciation thread
« on: February 22, 2011, 05:45:41 PM »
Eminem's best nation-wide release  (and to be honest I probably like it a tiny bit better than Infinite)

so many classics

the ORIGINAL versions of JDGAF, Cum On Everybody and I'm Shady were better than the LP's remixes but even the remixes were amazing!

and the EP has that dope song featuring Fuzz and Bizarre!

This guy aint no crip, and I'm 100% sure on that because he doesn't type like a crip, I know crips, and that fool is not a crip.

MMLP > The Eminem Show > Slim Shady LP.

All classics though. "Still Don't Give a Fuck" is without question one of my favorite Eminem songs.

You expect me to download an album that isn't real?  Sorry, but I can't sign this.

SSLP > Infinite > SSEP > MMLP > Eminem show > anything else

in my eyes Eminem Show and MMLP are seperated by one thing only......the song Remember Me.  Other than that both are pretty much even.

Don't get me wrong, I loved the Slim Shady LP. Maybe I just like his more serious side.

I mean, you say "As The World Turns" (a classic), but "Stan" could be his best ever. From his flow, to the flawless production to his subject matter.

One of his SINGLES (The Way I Am), a single. One of the songs on an album that should be a little below the rest for the mainstream appeal to appeal to the average listener is practically better then every song on The Slim Shady LP.

I see an argument for The Eminem Show vs. SSLP, but MMLP is just on a higher pedestal for me lol.

Cham talking sense there! :o

Lol sorry.

MMLP is Em at the top of his game. This would be one of the all time greats be the album loses momentum from that RBX featured track. I call it a 9.5/10 album, and you can argue which order all the rest come in, but I don't care really :pimp:
