How was Started not on Dogg Food?

I know this had to be recorded around that time period 1995

Its definitely as good as any song on the album 8)

Started = the best display of Kurupt's lyricism on a solo song


and my personal favorite DPG song





edit:  You want to know WHY I know it's Kurupt at his best?  because Kurupt reused the verses on both radio freestyles and on a Horsemen song with Canibus when Canibus would've completelyyyyy outshined him otherwise.  It's like Kurupt has this verse prepared whenever he needs to drop his best verse on a song or freestyle session lol

Might have been meant for a Kurupt solo album on DR.

And yes it is the greatest Kurupt solo song ever. He has had a couple DPG verses that can hang with this but very few.

It finally got released on Daz's "Last Of The Pound" album.

yeah Puffin On Blunts is the only one I can think of but that was one whole verse, Started was 3 verses
