Malice wasn't a weak album, it was a good contemporary pop album - and I don't care if that makes it a weak Hip hop album. Snoop was just doing his thing.

More Malice was a decent rap album but most people must've over looked it.

Only weak album Snoop ever made was R&G. And I blame the Neptunes for that ;D

Here's my shock album scorings:

10/10
Doggystyle

9.5/10
Tha Doggfather
The Game Is To Be Sold, Not Told <----------- yes I said it! Hella fonky. Too different for fans of the day. Always overlooked/under-appreciated.

9/10
No Limit Top Dogg
Tha Last Meal
Tha Blue Carpet Treatment

8.5/10
Paid Tha Cost To Be Tha Boss
Ego Trippin'
More Malice

8/10
Malice N Wonderland

Un-rateable
R&G <--------- tho it's probably a 6.5....

WTF at those ratings

Yeah?

Your game is to be sold rating is just funny.

Malice, more malice, ego trippin all getting at least 8 hahahhaha

The last meal, diffracted and topp dogg are 8/10 albums and doggystyle is a 10.
Blucarpet is a 7/10. A 7 is a very good rating.

The rest are meh

"More Malice" was like a bonus disc or a compilation, i don't even consider it a Snoop Dogg album. "Da Game" gets a lot of hate, but the album has some classics though. I can't believe you rate it higher than "Top Dogg" or "Tha Last Meal" though.

It's definitaly not a classic, not even close, but it is better than everything else he released after the "Last Meal". He could have trimmed the album down to about 15 tracks, left out the bullshit and put out an album that you can listen to without too much skipping. He's on the right track to making another dope album though so for that I give him props, maybe his next album will be the one.

That's been the problem with Snoop throughout his whole career. Other than Doggystyle and Malice in Wonderland (which probably should have been made into an ep or scrapped all together), his albums have been about 5-8 tracks too long.

i dont see nothing wrong of rating a song after listening 30sec of the song!
most of the songs you can hear what kind of beat it is and the flow and so!
and i just gave from what i heard from the 30sec, this song song classic or shit or so on!
there is nothing wrong with that

You can't even hear all of the verses or if the beat hanges, but hey that's your opinion.

Some dudes don't actually take in what their fave rapper says on the track...

Da Game is just musically stronger than Top Dogg or Last Meal. (If you had to criticize the albums) Dre's influence on an album = stiffer, safer tracks. And both albums are quite 'flat', meaning full of very samey tracks. Top Dogg has quite a subdued tone, like Snoop was playing it safe too. No hate they're both quality albums though! However both are pipped by Da Game....Production on Da Game is full of flare, funky and experimentational... and Snoop just rips it.
