Sure but Spammers tend to exclusively start inflammatory topics, derail threads, constantly beef etc. Rather than actually contribute relevant stuff..

elano spams more than he copy-pastes news. Aside from posting articles he doesn't contribute anything aside from "starting inflammatory topics, derailing threads, constantly beefing etc"
