'What's Up' Sky's brand new youth culture show on Pick TV

SKY’S BRAND NEW YOUTH CULTURE SHOW ON PICK TV, MONDAYS AND SATURDAYS MARCH-APRIL 2011

As you may already know, Sky Three has changed its brand name to PickTV. Youth culture show What’s Up joined the new look channel on Monday, March 7th to offer a unique take on urban culture in the UK.

Prepare for a whistle stop tour of the ‘What’s Up’ world, as Fusion & Michelle Watson lead a team of fresh presenters on a journey through underground music, street level politics, high art and everything in between.

In the opening episode, Giggs talks about fatherhood in the ‘hood, acclaimed vocalist Natalie Williams bares her soul, and funny man Eddie Kadi proves that when it comes to comedy, he ain’t no joke. Add a little political debate and a poem from the knife crime frontline to the mix and you have the recipe for an unmissable premier. Catch the repeat on Saturday March 12th at 9am.

With exclusives on Ruff Diamonds, Doc Brown, Kele Le Rock, Stephen K Amos and Loick Essien still to come, you really need to add PickTV (Sky 152, Freeview 11) to your favourites. What’s Up will be broadcasting weekly on Mondays at 7pm with a repeat on Saturdays at 9am. So, there is really no excuse for not knowing what’s up!
