Yeah around the time of infamy he started declining, the murda muzik mixtape was dope though. I feel he started getting his shit back together on some blood money tracks and hnic 2. He's still one if the dopest though.

P was horrible on Blood Money. Easily his worst performance on any Mobb or solo album.

I reckon he stopped declining round blood money, return of the Mac etc. And I've always thought it was close between p and hav, havocs always been consistent.
