im not sayin cadi or black child are supreme emcees...but they aint trash rappers neither...they can bust some heads...charli baltimore is ugly as fuck...lol...but shes a bad little bitch on the mic...ashanti is just another pretty face...and irv gotti...well hes tryin to pull a puffy move...cuz puffy was doin the same shit...just recycling beats...but look at puff now...thats where gotti wants to be...and so far murder inc isnt doin that bad...theyre rakin in the doe...and in the end...for the CEOs thats all that counts...hes a good business man...u cant say hes not...as for Dre...most people dissed him for doin the Firm album...cuz he came off of the hardest label on the west coast...in the heat of the whole "east west" thing...people felt he wasnt supportin where he was from...i think Daz felt that he betrayed the label by bouncin like that...

and dres work with Xzibit is wack IMO...and Knoc worked more with others than just Dre....and Snoop aint worked with Dre for a minute now...Dres just been doin east coast shit lately...and he calls himself the king of WEST COAST gangsta beats..lmao...

Dre's work wit Xzibit is not wack it's definatly not wack, perhaps u talking about the whole style change X had after hooking up with Dre but this isn' Dre's fault
I agree he shouldn't have changed his style so much but if he only had the productions Dre actually produced for him it would be dope

X or Best of Things is anything but wack
neither is Symphony In X Major (the hook can get annyoing but the bet is tight)

anyway it's not about whether u like his work wit X but about the fact that Dre is supporting X very much he gave him wayy more attention then he ever woulda get without him

Dre also produced the best tracks of Tha Last Meal and like i said it's Snoop that didn't want Dre on his album.
And Knoc.. he may have worked more with other prodcers but u gotta admit.. who was the one to give him all the attention he got?
Dre had him on 2001, Bad Intension and he produced his first single wand was featured (for one sentence only but they got his name on it)
he still can call himself king of wc beats just wait for this year..

and Detox.. this will slapp all tha haters big time

and i never sad Murda Inc are bad business men they surely not they have much success but this doesn't do anything about the fact that their music is nearly always wack and Ja and Ashanti are dropping the most shit

What's the Difference feat. Eminem & Dr.Dre
Bitch Please feat. Snoop Dogg
Bitch Please II feat. Snoop Dogg, Dr.Dre, Eminem & Nate Dogg
Game don't wait remix feat. Warren G, Snoop Dogg & Nate Dogg
X
U know feat. Dr.Dre
Best of things
Losin your mind feat. Snoop Dogg
Str8 Westcoast remix feat. Knoc-Turn'al & Nate Dogg etc.
Choke me spank me pull my hair ( :-\ )

Xzibit wack with Dre?? Bitch Please!!!!

It's Battlecat, JellyRoll, Bink, Quik, Soopafly that has dragged Xzibits production down. (Yeah, I know yall love Quik, but at least the others didn't contribute much)

A perfect mix of producers for X would be Dre, E-Swift, Thayod, Sir Jinx, Alchemist, Premo, Eminem, Rockwilder, Fred Wreck & Scott Storch..
Not everybody on one CD, but that's who he should work with..

I Don't Care (I Might Loose Karma 4 This) But I Think M.I. Is Cool Except Ja And Sometimes Irv's Beats Do Be Tite, U Can't Deny That.  Same Thing with Chink S.  If Ja Would Stop Actin Like he's Makaveli and They (M.I.) would put out a solo album by everyone this year, then they could get a better reputation and a lot of respect.

Ja SAID he is Pac

and he's remaking Hit 'Em Up...

no matter weather he stopps or not he's a bitch and he'll always be

of course IF the whole rest of the label would suddenly turn out tight they actually would be tight but they won't

they weak, bitchmade, as commercial as possible, as much bitin as possible and Ja and Ashanti be their front'men'..

Dre did 5 of 35 tracks on Restless & Man vs. Machine.....
How the hell is Dre gonna be responisble for Battlecat, JellyRoll, Bink, Soopafly, Rick Rock, J-Beats wack production?
Executive producing the album doesn't mean much, Dre didn't do much with those other tracks.. mixing the vocals to the beat at best.

^^^Exec. Producing means he has say kinda like overviewing the whole project...not that hes the final word...but he can say what goes and what doesnt...he felt the sound was right for xzibit...when in reality it was wack as fuck...oh and to clear the air...Symphony in X Major wasnt Dres beat...as far as ive heard it is Ric Roc...with Dre rappin on it...and also...Soopa n X have made good music together...its Cat and Dre that sound wack as hell with Xzibit...

Yeah, Rick Rock did "Symphony in X major" and that was his only dope track.
"D.N.A." was wack, Break Yourself was ok, and Missin U was wack.

Dre probably picked the tracks he had to choose from.. but that being said he should have added some of his own tracks since some of them didn't cut it.

i mixed that shit up with Symphony In X Major it wasn't Dre  but still the rest is and it's dope

u think Dre gonna say 'no u ain't gonn use these tracks for ya album'..?
X ain't even on his label and Dre surely didn't want to forbit X to have the tracks on his album he wanted to.
I think X wanted to try something new n fresh so he decided to put these tracks on his albums.
no matter how it went down Dre is not the producer so he's not responsible

Dre shouldn't be executive producing the album then if Xzibit's gonna call all the shots.

DNA was tight...

yes it was insanely dope flow from snoop and tight lyrics from xzibit, great rick rock beat

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
