Best Intro To A Song
« on: January 14, 2003, 06:30:25 PM »
Sometimes I love long musical intros. Bone Thugs are great at this.

Bone & Biggie - Notorious Thugs (They go for about a min. before rapping. It gets me everytime)
Bone - Days Of Our Lives ( the intro is even better than the song!)
Above The Law - Gorilla Pimpin (Not a long intro but I like the begining better than the actual track)

Theres some rock songs that I like that do this. But I wont post em up. Basicly cause most people here only listen to rap(nothin wrong with that by the way.)

Nobody'll agree with me, but the best intro to a rap song ever was that REALLY quick intro the way dre started out "Deep Cover"

Match-stick lights, goes back and forth across the speakers, then that sample goes "I CAN FEEEEEEL IT!" and the beat drops in.  That's like my favorite, the way he started it was awesome, I thought.
