I think "Carter III" > "Carter IV". A lot of female-oritented songs. A lot of soft ass flows.

The "Interlude" with Tech N9ne & Andre 3000 is incredible lol.

I can fuck with it though.

Listen to "It's Good".

"Talkin' bout Baby money?
I got your baby money.
Kidnap your bitch, get that "how much you love your lady?" money.
I know you fake, nigga.
Press you breaks, nigga."

Shots at Jay-Z for his "Baby money" reference on "H.A.M". Damn. Bring me beef.

The only tracks I'm really feeling are the Interlude with Tech, President Carter and the Outro (although Shyne sounds wack as fuck) after a first skim through (Also note that Wayne isn't in 2 of the songs ;D). Can't see me listening to this album many more times.

If he made an entire album with songs like "President Carter", he could make a great album; for him anyway.

Word. He doesn't sound annoying on that track. Just raps in a normal voice.

Word, he can make some dope introspective cuts. I'm laid in right now so gonna download and give this a listen. Crazy how many no name producers he got, suprised David Banner didn't do any beats on there also. Not expecting much but Wayne albums always have at least a few heaters on them.

Intro - 3.25/5. Not bad, doesn't sound all that album intro appropriate to me. It sounds like a mixtape freestyle on one listen lol.
Blunt Blowin' - 3.5/5. Not bad again. Some really wack lines at times though lol. I can vibe with it but not sure bout it's replay value though.
MegaMan - 4/5. This beat a monster. Sounds like "A Milli" 2011 but I think I dig it more than that. This shit real hard.
6 Foot 7 Foot - 4/5. This is another monster right there; bump this in the subs that shit crazy lol. I'd rate it with MegaMan.

Nightmares of the Bottom - 3/5. The title had me excited; thought it was gonna be some deep shit. I guess is an attempt, but the beat is kinda weak for the subject matter.
She Will - 4.25/5. Love this when I heard it. Beat is ill, Wayne is cool on it but Drake is who takes to the next level with that incredible hook.
How to Hate - 3/5. This music is average is fuck. Mines will be no beat. Not feeling it at all. Lol at how to hate a bitch.
Interlude - 5/5 Tech N9Ne going the fuck in as usual. This beat BANG too. Andre 3000 too  :o That's a nice ass surprise! He wasn't listed on the features. That's sick.

John - 4/5. Love this since it came out too. Beat's a monster, ridin real hard. Ross kills it too. Good track overall.
Abortion - 3.5/5 This mothafucka ain't even speaking English in the beginning LOL. This beat is pretty tight. Don't love it but it's cool.
So Special - 4/5. This beat bangs. "I make her cum first, then I follow the leader" lol.  This is a tight track. John Legend is DOPE on this too. I dig it.

How to Love - 3.5/5 I think this is a great written song from an artistic point of view. I think if this wasn't Wayne, more people would acknowledge that. I also think if he was a better singer, it would be better too lol.

President Carter - 4/5 This beat is cool. Wayne sounding better than usual lol. Y'all was right, he should rap more like this lol. Hook is kinda odd but it's a very good track.
It's Good - 4.5/5 Beat bangs. Jada sounding nice with the slow flow. Drizzy kills this shit too. Already infamous for Weezy dissing Hova, let's see how it plays out. Dope track!
Outro - 4.5/5. Bun B kicking this bitch off and he killin it, flowin his ass off. Nas up next and he soundin real smooth. Shyne sounding pretty weird LOL. Busta Rhymes sounds very nice too.

I'm digging 9 tracks, not feeling 6. Also, 2 of the tracks I dig, Wayne ain't even on LOL. This ain't a bad album, relatively decent. I'd say around a 7/10.

BONUS TRACKS (wanted to separate these from the album)

1. I like the View - 3.5/5. Sounds like a mixtape track. It's alright.
2. Mirror - 3.5/5 Surprised this didn't make the regular album. Bruno Mars is pretty big and this hook has hit record over it. Not sure the beat/verses are radio enough though.
3. Two Shots - 3.75/5 I'm digging this. Beat cool, Wayne soundin' cool on it. The hook tight too.
