pretty straight album, nothing mind-blowing at all though... Carter 3 was slightly better and I wasn't too crazy about that album overall either

More or less agree with Luna & BloodMoney. It's got some dope, bumpable cuts. Nothing groundbreaking, but I don't listen to Wayne to be impressed with Hip Hop. He's just got a dope ass vibe to fuck with.

If he made an entire album with songs like "President Carter", he could make a great album; for him anyway.

Word. He doesn't sound annoying on that track. Just raps in a normal voice.

In one of my open minded moment , I've decided to listen to a full Wayne album for the 1st time ... I found it GARBAGE , some beats sound really cheap and his voice is unbearable to me ( Shyne still manages to out-wack him though  ) ...

Yeah there's a few keepers on there, some duds as well though. Album had a cohesive sort of vibe which I liked. Strange using the same beat for Intro, Interlude and Outro and having a bunch of rappers on the last two, probably a better idea than just making one monster track, Wayne would of got out shined by everyone but Shyne (I was listening to Godfather Buried Alive yesterday, damn he's fallen off). President Carter, Megaman, John, It's Good, and Interlude probably the stand outs, really digging that Jada verse too.
