r. kelly arrested AGAIN for child porn

saw this at mtv and yahoo, it's a shame a guy with so much talent has a problem like this.  here's the MTV article:

Already awaiting trial on child pornography charges in Chicago, R. Kelly was arrested Wednesday morning in Miami on additional child porn charges. Authorities said they found 12 photos of a nude girl at the singer's home.

The Polk County Sheriff's office, with the assistance of Miami-Dade police, arrested the singer at the Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove, where he had been staying. Kelly was in town to shoot a video for the remix of his latest single, "Ignition."

Authorities said the charges stem from the discovery of child pornography images during a search of the singer's rented Davenport, Florida, residence in June. That search was conducted during his initial arrest in Polk County on an Illinois fugitive warrant. Then two search warrants were executed at his home, and 12 digital images were found that depicted an underage female. Three images also depicted Kelly involved in sexual conduct with the female minor, authorities said.

Kelly is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Facility. Bond is set at $12,000 ($1,000 per count).

Kelly's new album, Chocolate Factory, has been pushed back to February 18.

but see whats fucked up with the SPM situation...is that the little girl stated that she wasnt sure if it was a dream or not...she was unsure...there was no evidence...yet he got convicted...which is bullshit...then R.Kelly has videos out(it sure as hell looks like him)...and now hes been caught with child porn...but i bet he wont get locked up...which is a shame...

He's out on bail, yeah, but the charges they just brought up against him, were from a different location, and were on the stuff they found when they searched his home, LAST YEAR.  They're almost the exactly same chagres, just in a different area (they're like local charges).

In one of the newspapers here it said there were pictures of him having sex with a 13 y/o, which is bad, but I know what you mean when you say it surely isn't as bad as people are making out if these girls are like 16+, thats the legal age in the UK, so.
