Sounds like a left over beat from WC's 'Barracuda' album.

Releasing a mixtape only? Some label needs to give this Maylay cat an album deal for fucks sake.

He's been signed to Lench Mob for a few years now.

According to Wikipedia, he's got a studio album coming out called "Bushfires & Earthquakes". I wouldn't say it's a reliable source though.

He's been sitting quite as a mouse on that label for years now.

Lench Mob records did not even put out the last Dub-C record.
We can expect an Ice Cube LP every couple of years, his gold spoon sons will probably have albums out before Maylay  :(

im pretty sure i read him say he was sticking with mixtapes and an album is on the burner due to label politic type shit whenever he announced this mixtape.
