(Minus Royce)

Nothing special, it's cool though. Always fucked with the beat. Nice to hear somebody else over it. Original singles get so boring after the radio plays the shit out of them.

it'll be funny if the new SH album is actually worse than the first. unlikely, but possible. hope not.

I have high expectations. Especially since they knocked their first album in comparison to it. They said it will be more retrospective, wider range of subject matter, better production & how the first album was thrown together in a week to meet a deadline.

So this better be significantly better.

i'm afraid it might be a bit overbaked and corny with all the eminem influence. interscope will probably have somewhat of an input too. i see the possibility its on a par with the first album and better/worse in different ways. better production but even less organic. the most organic stuff they came up with was the initial shit like move on.

but really it could and should be lot better...

To be honest, I fuck with those females hooks or even a Bruno Mars hook. To me, it doesn't matter whose singing it for it to be dope. People get too caught up in "Rihanna is singing it? Oh, that's a sellout move". Meanwhile before a bitch like Skylar Grey became a big name, it was "cool" because she wasn't well known.

Like I fucked with "Love The Way You Lie" before the radio played it out to death. But whether Rihanna or Adele or Beyonce or some no name bitch off the street sang it & sang it well, it doesn't change the dopeness of the song.

My only concern is soft production. But it's hard to believe Eminem would sign four of the best rappers in the game & then set them up with pussy ass instrumentals lol.

Well how many group albums get better than their debut? Not many, so I'd say its entirely likely. The wow factor is gone, they actually have to use their songwriting skills to carry an album now.

I'm not entirely convinced they have group chemistry. It would be cool to have them split up songs (kinda like the Wu) where every artist doesn't have to be on every song. Like Crooked and Ortiz on one song, Royce and Budden on another. Maybe they have their own solos.
