Redman - Reggie Noble 9 1/2 weeks Album from 2010????

Check this site, they offer this Redman album Reggie Noble 9 1/2 weeks. I know that he wanted to call his later 'Reggie' album like this. But check the tracklist & compare it with the Reggie album. It's a completely different track list. Anybody knows what this is? Is this an official release that was just completely ignored?

I know, but check the tracklist. It's not the same, and they list more songs. 'Cock Back' for example was released as a promo single, but did not make it onto the Reggie album. Now I do see it in this tracklist.
