MY meaning for the word 'Terrorist'.. REPLY!!

Terrorist is being used out of context so often, that I've given it a new definition, so that I can understand people who use it in the wrong manner.  Here is the meaning of 'terrorist.'  And I'm not just talking about the Sept. 11th trajedy.  I'm talking about the word terrorist being historically misused.

Terrorist:  An individual or small group that seeks military action on a low budget.  

Because in all honesty people speak about terrorism much more negetavily then they speak about the bombing of countries.  People speak more negetively about Terrorism than they would if we dropped an Atom Bomb and blew up 1,000,000 victims.

Hmm, Never really thought about it, but I would think terrorism has more to do with making a big impact when innocent people aren't expecting it, in a negative way on those people

Like I wouldn't call the u.s. terrorists, because people pretty much know what's going to happen most times.  Also, japan bombing pearl harbor wasn't terrorist, because they bombed a military post.  

The 9/11 thing was terrorist because it was unexpected, and against innocents.

That totally tru (English resident here), The americans say they're totally against Terrorism, yet slinton and bush Give donations to the IRA (terrorist group) and so they can buy bombs to be used against England! I'm mean WTF!!!!
