Because he had just dropped the worst two albums of his career and Dre probably wanted nothing to do with him.

LOL idk if your serious with this thread or if your fuckin around cuz of the daz/2001 one but since im high right now i feel like addressing this shit lol

- I remember hearing somewhere that Remember Me wit rbx n sticky was sopposed to be a 2001 cut (sounds like it would fit 2001) so in a way x worked with dre for 2001

- As for cube, they made chin check and hello rround that timeframe most likely

- And who the hell knows with nas, most likely, we just havent heard it yet, like the other hundreds of songs we aint never going to hear  8)

And yet MC Ren was still included on the intro to La Niggaz.  That's something I'll never understand.

I guess it is a result of the fact that albums, especially Dr.Dre ones take months to record and the result are songs that are snapshots of a particular place in time.

exactly why did Dre get some voice or something to cover up the ruthless bit why didn't he just redo his verse?
and if Dre's going to have ren on his album in the end anyway then he should of took off the diss!
cutting rens verse was so Petty lol

does anyone know what ren even said bout Dre in those interviews?

He actally made the diss before Ren worked with him on the song and for whatever reason, they didn't have time to re-do it.
