Heard it used the other day on 'Crazy' by Snoop Dogg, after Snoop's second verse.  I'm fairly sure I heard it on Biggie's 'Sky's The Limit' as well.

Devante used Flextones on some cuts.... just heard one from the Jodeci Hotel aso album. Cant remember the song title.

Snoop Dogg - 'Watcha Gonna Do' and also 'Midnight Love'. 

There should also be a list of songs that use that effect that sounds like something being wound up, like on Warren G's 'And Ya Don't Stop'.  I'm sure I've heard that used in quite a few songs too.
