Where to start ?

Back in the early 90's Oakland had two major crews, The Dangerous Crew (Too Short, Father Dom, Pooh Man, Ant Diddley Dog, Rappin' Ron, Goldy, Spice-1, Ant Banks etc.) and C-Note (Dru Down, Luniz, 3XKrazy, Chris "C&H" Hicks) At The time C-Note used to record at The Dangerous Crews studio. One day Short's group Bad-N-Fluenz and Chris Hicks group The Luniz were squared off against one another in a freestyle battle. The outcome of this depends on whom you ask but this event has been credited as helping spawn the fued between the two camps. Word spread that Short & Company were talking sideways about Dru Down, Chris Hicks and the Luniz. This led to a business agreement going bad involving Too Short & Chris Hicks. Soon after...the Dangerous Crews studio ended up getting "sprayed" by "unknown assailants." Too Short would relocate to Atlanta and some claimed he got ran outta the town while Short maintained he was always being hassled by police, and had better business opportunities in Atlanta. On Operation Stackola, The Luniz released the song "Playa Hata" aimed at Short. Short responded on the Dangerous crew album Don't Try This At Home on the track "Trouble". Too Short would come back to Oakland for KMEL's 1996 Summer Jam. At The show "some claim" Short's entourage assaulted his former business partner Chris Hicks. This led to the cancellation of the rest of Summer Jam due to fear that both camps would escalate the situation. Fans at the event never got to see headliner E-40 and other acts scheduled to perform. KMEL blamed Too Short for this happening with Program Director Michelle Santosuosso going on record stating that "a Too Short song would never again play on her airwaves no matter how high his popularity". Next up was Dru Down with "Mista Busta" off Can You Feel Me. Todd Shaw responded to KMEL And The Luniz on his next album Gettin' It with "That's Why". On May 22 1996, Too Short, The Luniz & Chris Hicks all appeared on KMEL's airwaves to squash their beef publicly. After this KMEL relented and agreed to continue playing Too Short. Later on in 1997 Short agreed to appear on The Luniz album Lunitik Muzik on the track "Funkin' Over Nothin." Apparently all parties were Funkin' Over Somethin' as Too Short alongside Scarface would go on to diss Yukmouth on the 1997 song "Longevity." Yukmouth came back on 2002's United Ghettos album with Mac Minister on "Fuck Friends." Like Numskull, Yukmouth would eventually part ways with Chris Hicks. On Too Short's 2007 compilation - I Love The Bay, Yukmouth appears with a shoutout to Short on the track "Shine Like Me."

Spice's verse doesn't target them.

In the beginning A-Wax was a big fan of the Bay area's Mob Figaz. @ Siccness.net he was known to champion them making threads promoting the group & it's members. Fast forward...some of Wax's affiliates get time over some drug charges. Word spread that Husalah was allegedly involved but was not charged. In 2001 Husalah would eventually catch charges but was released and allowed to tie up some music "business" before turning himself in. The amount of work Husalah was supposedly caught carrying and the amount of time he received didn't add up to some. All of this helped fuel rumors of Husalah being an informant/snitch. A-Wax would go on to dig up Husalah's paperwork and made several Youtube videos accusing him of cooperating with the police. A-Wax & The Mob Figaz would go on to release a slew of diss tracks aimed at each other. Fast forward again to 2012. At the SXSW Music Conference A-Wax would finally cross paths with the Mob Figaz...a fight ensued with both sides claming victory.
