Well technically you're on file saying that he "made the game". So that leaves three things:

1. He receives compensation for it.
2. You're admitting he "made it", therefore you stole it.
3. You're using his image, he can make ten different claims right out of that. From stress claims out of humiliation, to illegally using his image without consent, to slander.

Sikotic could hit you for everything you have. Luckily for you...you don't have anything.
