makaveli = best album ever  8)

far better than uncle sams curse, which IMO is ATL's third best album.  i'd take Livin Like Hustlers #1 because it had no weak songs.

IMO YOP is wrong hack.

makaveli is an incredible album for the amount of time he recorded it in but its flaws are what kind of make it so endearing. to be honest pac kind of transends costal lines because at diff times he was fucking around on both coasts and hes just fucking larger then hip hop. even in 96 it was weird for me to view him as a westcoast artist because the pac i was loving was rapping over eazy mo bee tracks and shit i had to get accustomed to the hollywood tupac as time would go on.

i have alot of single songs i liked on ATL previous albums but this one was conceptual and seemed to be more cohesive kmg really shined on that one too

here's my top 5 westcoast or westcoast influenced albums alltime:

1 NIGGAZ4LIFE (IT CHANGED THE GAME COMPLETELY)
2 KILLUMINATI: 7TH DAY THEORY (DEEPEST, DARKEST & MOST SPIRITUAL ALBUM EVER)
3 STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON (OPENED THE DOORS WIDE OPEN FOR THE WESTCOAST)
4 AMERIKKKA'S MOST WANTED & DEATH CERTIFICATE (IT RE-CHANGED THE GAME ALONG WITH NIGGAZ4LIFE & ELEVATED THE BAR)
5 NO ONE CAN DO IT BETTER (LYRICAL MASTERPIECE BY THE DOC & DRE)
