if he was shocked like that, it means that he felt like what he did wasnt that serious....and considering he "kidnapped" a girlfriend, some1 who he probably had an emotional connection/attachment with, the story is probably a lot deeper than the prosecution could ever comprehend. love makes mufuckaz do crazy things. 3 years is a lot for an 18 year old kid.......especially when he's supposed 2 be a top basketball prospect.
