Do you mean McDonalds?I think the difference between "quality" and "relevance" is getting lost in translation for you.
I see The Game as someone who was a just a fad and marketing gimmick.A random rapper Interscope picked up off the streets of California and have him be a sort of "throw back" to the 90's when gangsta rap from Cali was on it's peak. They had him en-body the old cliche parts of the 90's west coast hip hop with his gangsta rap lyrics, features from the usual suspects in Cali and beefs which were all reminiscent of the days that Death Row dominated everything.

I don't think he's totally irrelevant or anything, but his burst of fame was due to a lot of things outside of himself--He had an album with excellent beats first off, then that gangsta image was still the cool thing at the time, and he had the co-sign of Dre, 50, Em who were all on a roll around that time still...Without those elements he's an ok rapper with a pretty cool voice, but just him rapping isn't that big a draw, he needs really good beats and the image...It's not like with Snoop where people say stuff like, "I wish Snoop would start spitting like he did back on Doggystyle"...Game was never really notable as a lyricist or as someone with an interesting style like Snoop, he's more someone who got great beats and a cool image at the right time, when that image was the in thing...
