So um, i bought the 50 cent cd

yea i fell victim to the hype and picked the album up, got it yesterday so ive played it thru a good 4 or 5 times.

its decent, but not as good as some people made it out to be. the song themes arent exactly groundbreaking, but there some coo shit in there.

favorite tracks are 21 Questions (cant stop repeating this one), Many Men, If I Cant, and um, thats it. not much else stands out, but its a pretty good cd

this album reminds me alot of how restless played with me, xzibits first album. - like at first theres alot of appealing beats on it n shit n theres decent/good replay value of it but as it gets older, the replay value dies down apart from on a few cuts.

anyways yeah dope album, but it'l be interestin to see how his next album works out cuz his gone be the only person apart from eminem who has had a follow up to his aftermath debut released on the same label!

I thought the album was alot better than i expected... Wouldnt class it as a classic.. but it is a dope album

As for 50's, it's not amazing, IMO Guess Who's Back was way tighter...there are some bangers on it and it's a nice album...but not worth all the hype

I think its a decent album, above average, but I'd bump a classic nas or bone album for eg, over it anyday.  I cant see what the hype is about, and I definatly wouldnt worship it like many people.  I guess it all depends on personal prefrence, peace

My lil cousin bought it and I burnt it off her... It's a good album but like you said, nothin ground breakin'... It's pretty tight though. I could listen to it all tha way through without really skippin anything... but it aint nothin amazing. Production and tha way it plays out is smooth though... You can't hate on it.
