I'm holding off on calling that right away, but this album has definitely raised the bar for the West Coast. Definitely album of the year, it's a shame it's being released now because he missed the deadline for 2013 Grammy's by a couple weeks.

It's one of the very few albums that plays like a movie in the sense that the interludes and skits in the songs serve a purpose. In a few years, this could be a classic.

Yea I agree with the fact it plays like a movie, and the album definitely has that classic feel and vibe to it.

album is classic to me!  off the first listen, not a bad song on there.. Even the songs that I heard that leaked before, that I wasn't too impressed with, I feel them alot more now just because of the sequence on the album.  The album is very well thought out.  From the first song, to the last song, its a story w/ different chapters.  alot of the stuff will go over peoples head, I still need to play it a few more times to get a few things.  But even off surface value, off the first full listen.. its just great music.

That track M.A.A.D city w/ MC Eiht is crazy!!!  Hardest "westcoast" song i've heard in a long long time!  Took me back to the Ice Cube Death Certificate days!
