Prolly cause his name isn't Rosco it's Roscoe. I think the car accident fucked things up for him. In addition, he jumped into the game when Kurupt was more or less being blackballed by the industry due to being on Death Row. If he came out 2 years before he did or 2 years after he did, Kurupt would have been much more relevant, could have had a Snoop co-sign, and his career might have ended up being completely different.

Him being Kurupt's brother hurt him more in 2003 than helped him. None the less, there's been times where I preferred Roscoe over Kurupt. An elite emcee in many ways, it's a shame. But he's still only 29.
