all good picks....but the biggest one not even mentioned in this thread is x-raided

he put out classics from behind bars...imagine if he were never incarcerated, the man coulda been on top of the west right now. raided is straight 2pacesque and not many people realize it, because of the low quality in his music. if he wasnt spitting from prison for 90% of his career, norcal rap would be completely different, and the west would have someone legit to hold em down on that real tip.

i have yet to come across someone with the same energy/charisma as 2pac had and that includes X-Raided.

not in a sense of energy/charisma, but more in a sense of depth and lyrical ability. they both painted vivid pictures in their raps...pac had better charisma, raided had better flow. in the end, they're both rappers from the same mold.

Yaki Kadafi, dude killed Pac in All About U. Probably the only one from outlawz with talent.
