I have mastered it to a surgical precision so it can be considered dentistry.

When my master Ching Pong Liu started training me I was a joke. I would break a guys jaw straight off, not very elegant.
Now I don't have to use my hands at all when I fight.
My advantage is my height, most people think someone my stature wouldn't be able to jump high... but I can jump almost twice my own height if I have proper momentum.
My master trained me the old chinese way when it came to jumping high:

You start by digging a shallow hole in the ground, a foot in height. You jump up and down from the hole every day for a certain amount of hours 7 days straight.
Then you dig the hole an inch deeper for every 7 days.
After half a year you have added 26 inches to that foot you started with.
Everyone reaches a maximum, it averages around 5-6 feet.
