What are Royce's best songs since Rock City?
« on: June 04, 2013, 10:36:53 AM »
I already have that famous bootleg of Royce best tracks from 99 thru 2001.  That is one of the greatest bootleg albums hip-hop will ever see.  It's right up there with Eminem's "Fucking Crazy" bootleg and 2pac's best bootlegs.

Of course I was expecting a lot from his first album Rock City and he failed to deliver.  After that I kind of gave up on Royce.  But after hearing his DJ Premier track "Hip-Hop" from 2004, it made me want to go back and see if there are any other great Royce joints that I may have under-appreciated, and put them all on one album.  Here's what I have so far, they don't necessarily have to be solo joints, help me out....

Artist:  Royce
Album:  Greatest Tracks Since Rock City (Last 10 Years, 2003-2013)

1.  "Life Goes On"  (off build and destroy)
2.  "Hip-Hop"  (produced by Premier)
3.  "Second Place"  (produced by Premier)
4.  "Fast Lane"  (with Eminem)
5.  "Writers Block" (with Eminem)
6.  "Living Proof" (with Em)
7.  "Above the Law"  (with Em)
8.  "T.O.D.A.Y"
9.  "I and Me"
10.  "Independence Day"
11.  "Death Is Certain" feat. Ingrid Smalls

That's all I got.  I need a lot of help with this one.

Street hop is a great album from start to finish, royces best solo work imo.

Check it out.
