Interesting theory.

I met a woman from Zimbabwe a few years ago that had HIV.
She was convinced she got it after having been given a vaccine when younger.
And she was definetely not a conspiracy theorist or had any knowledge of such things.
Sadly she was killed shortly after I met her... Rest in peace.

I think it had something to do with using a genetic compound extracted from monkeys to test as a cure for some other disease and it ended up mutating in to AIDS. There was a theory like that which sounded plausible.

Either that or the global anti-black conspiracy developed it strictly to kill blacks. You know, one or the other.

AIDS was made to lower the human population in the 1970's by the US government

Wouldn't sterilization be a much cleaner method? They could engineer an "STD" that renders one sterile, and that could save a lot of money and resources as opposed to a long, drawn out process of slow death that burdens health care systems like AIDS does.
