Sounds just like Devin, imo. It would make sense for him to be on it too, since him & Dre have worked together as recent as 2002. Could be a leftover from Documentary or something.
it is not Devin. It is not Kokane. It sounds like Jelly Roll. Moreover, in that interview (http://www.dubcnn.com/interviews/jellyroll/), Jelly says he has a track with Game.

that new 50remix with mobb deep sounds a little bit like a dre beat but the drums dont sound dre though

dawg we have been thru this over a hundred times in this topic dre didnt produce nutcraka, JR did he even said about how he and dre were in the studio and dre said that people were talkin bout he produced nutcracka and and jr turned to him and told dre he produced it!
