Nah man, last time I've asked him about that he wasn't saying anything. It seems like he's gonna release it like a videoblog on YouTube. He did 2-3 of them in episodes. Deluxe version isn't coming out as a hard copy. Sorry.

I'm more into Vanguard now. Let's hope it's gonna make him to go more mainstream.

I saw a YouTube video of Xzibit where he said the Vanguard album will be his next one, then another one after that, and his final album (the 10th one), will be called X, appropriately enough.  He said the last album will be like a re-cap or reflection of all of his albums that he's done.
