some of you might not know this, but the UK has just relaxed the laws surrounding cannabis.

basically its still illegal to grow/sell/smoke.
but you won't get arrested.

guess where they trying to open a 'canabis cafe'.. of all places... my lil home town of taunton

nah.. if u were to open a shop they'd close it down, but for general personal use the purpose of these changes are to cut down on wasting police resources on petty shit like weed.

until someone tests the new laws we won't know the outcome.

Over here in Vancouver, bud is really popular. You can walk down the street and smoke weed, and nobody really hassles you (I don't do this but lots of people do). If a police officer catches you with like a joint or somthing, he'll just take it away. It's really not a big deal.
