New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez, who’s involved in a police investigation about a murder near Boston, may have been involved in a shooting Feb. 13 in Riviera Beach.

Palm Beach County Sheriff’s deputies found a man bleeding from the head early that morning on Fiscal Court, in an industrial part of Riviera Beach.

When they arrived, according to PBSO’s 17-page report, they found 30-year-old Bradley Sherrod of Hartford, Conn., bleeding from the head and a hand.

Sherrod was uncooperative and rude to both deputies and emergency personal — and refused to identify his attacker.

He did, however, claim in a federal lawsuit filed in West Palm Beach June 13 that Hernandez, the Patriots’ up-and-coming tight end and former University of Florida standout, was the one who shot him while waving a gun at him during a dispute.

The bullet traveled up Sherrod’s arm and into his skull, shattering his eyeball.

The argument between Hernandez and Sherrod, who were friends, allegedly occurred as the two drove north on I-95 in Palm Beach County after a night of partying in Miami strip joints.

Tom Curran was on to something.

The CSN New England Patriots reporter hinted on Wednesday at the possibility tight end Aaron Hernandez or other witnesses destroyed their cell phones.  According to a new report from ABC, police contend Hernandez did.

Specifically, Hernandez according to ABC gave his cellular phone to the authorities “in pieces.”

Per ABC, Hernandez also allegedly destroyed the surveillance system at his home.  The system included video captured by cameras.  (Not to be confused with video captured by something other than a camera.  Which would be very impressive.)

Police also are curious as to why a team of house cleaners (possibly led by Harvey Keitel) were hired to “scrub” the mansion where Hernandez lives on Monday.

The ABC report contains a sliver of good news for Hernandez.  Despite a report from SI.com that Hernandez is “likely” to be arrested, ABC characterizes Hernandez as somewhat farther from doing a perp walk.  For now.

“He [Hernandez] has not been ruled out,” a police official told ABC.  “We are not calling him a suspect, but he is definitely not in the clear.”

Still, none of it looks good for Hernandez, especially since there are multiple crimes with which he could be charged short of being accused of pulling the trigger.  And the alleged destruction of cell phone and video evidence suggests that he believes he had something to hide.

Shit's turning into OJ part II lol. Forreal though I'll never understand why pro-athletes who live such a charmed existence would do some shit like that, especially players who are as talented as Hernandez is.

And I found this a few hours ago.

Sounds like something from the movies, as in car being sabotaged or apparent suicide  :(

Patriots ProShop To Offer Free Exchange On #81

Parents encouraged to exchange #81 Hernandez jerseys purchased from the Patriots ProShop and PatriotsProShop.com for any other Patriots player's jersey in store.

* What if I have an #85 Hernandez jersey?

* No, its solely for one number of a murderer and not the other. #85 Hernandez didn't murder anyone so the offer is inapplicable...

* It's like a Kobe jersey 8 was the rapist not 24

LOL
