For me:
have to put on pants left leg first, then right. Same with shoes
When I shave, I put on shaving gel right to left on my face, but when I shave I shave left to right
Check on ceiling to make sure nothing can fall on me before I go to sleep

everyother day is just nasty... i have long hair on top  and need to be wash at least in the morning or night... but i like my hair smelling good all the time.. so... .like 3 times a day is good for me.
