agreed.

I mean, really everything he did on Death Row in the 90's was fire... dude never really spit a wack verse til l he put out his solo album on Antra.

Like for example, Battlecat hooks him up with a dope beat for "Play My Cards" and he just drops throwaway rhymes with very little effort put in to it.  And then on "Give Me What You Got" he got tore up by some no name rapper that appeared on the track with him.  The production and  concept for that album wasn't bad, but his rhymes fell off after he left the Row.  He came back pretty strong with The Streets Is a Mutha..

Stranded On Death Row

His verses on the Chronic were vicious. Honorable mention would be Started, Snoop's 1st 2 albums and Dogg Food

Kurupt really outshines Snoop on Doggfather (not that hard of a thing to do though), boy was on fire, Up Jump Tha Boogie, Gold Rush, Blueberry, he killed all his verses.

Dogg Food was Kurupt's heyday from a lyrical standpoint. He fell off as soon as he bounced from tha row.

his work on Dogg Food was near flawless...but his best was "Started" which was a leftover, he reused those verses a couple of hundred times since

never heard started... I know he reuses bits from NY87 quite a lot "With my nocturnal vibes and editorial clips" (NY87, DPG (Dilli & Gotti's Last song), 10 Til Midnight, Blueberry)
