i got this tune in MP3 but i was wondering is this shit rare? cos i just copped it from Ebay on 12" White Label for £7, ne1 shed some light on it, like what album its from? is it rare?  ???

I've never heard of this.  If it's legit (not some kid on the internet mixing it) I would think it's from '98 since that's the last time we heard from Lord Tariq.

its a legit track as i said i got it on mp3, if yall want the hook up holla at me with somewhere to upload it or holla at me on msn (you_love_it_u_slag@hotmail.com) i just wanted a little more info like what album it was from and if it was rare.

its not rare at all and its not legit. just cause its on 12" doesn't mean it has to be official. look at the how long will they mourn me extended mix for example..that was just a white label..

So this track ain't legit.

It's some Nas verse mixed with Jay-Z's and Lord Tariq verses are from Shaquille O'Neal's "No Love Lost"

I'm sure he's release something lately but I haven't heard anything at all from him since '98.  That includes that song.
