FINALLY WENT OUT AND BOUGHT IT

I'D LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO EMINEM FOR TALKIN SHIT ON THIS RELEASE BEFORE HEARING IT...A LOT OF PEOPLE SAID IT WAS "RECOVERY 2" AND I AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMED IT WAS GOING TO BE THE SAME POP TRASH, WHICH WAS WRONG OF ME. I'M USUALLY RIGHT, BUT IN THIS INSTANCE, I WAS WRONG. THE ALBUM IS NICE...STILL SOME HINTS OF THE POPESQUE RECOVERY SOUND AND PRODUCTION VALUE COULDA BEEN BETTER, SO IT'S NOT ON THE LEVEL OF HIS BEST WORK, BUT THE LYRICAL DISPLAY IS SOME OF HIS BEST. WILL LISTEN SOME MORE BEFORE FINAL JUDGEMENT, BUT IT'S DEFINITELY BETTER THAN EXPECTED.

Any word on his sales?

Yeah.. it's selling very well.  Just as I predicted.  If you remember your dumbass hated on "Bezerk" but yet I told you the shit would blow up and be a huge hit, which it was, thus catapulting Eminem's big comeback as this album is selling great in spite of all the illegal downloading and bootlegging.  At the time I didn't know what the album would sound like, but it turns out that "Bezerk" much like the lead singles on his first 3 albums was far from the best song on the album, but it was still a great first single to build anticipation.

The album has projected sales of around 700,000 the first week.  Keep hating even though you know you like it.  Just keep playing yourself, bro

lmao

Where are all these alleged Eminem haters? I'm seeing almost nothing but praise in this thread. Personally, I love this album, but yes, I can't listen to "Stronger Than I Was". I'm an Eminem fan, but I don't love everything he does (Recovery was wack, for instance).

Dude can't handle people being the least bit critical of his male role-models latest project.

More lies from Cham... if you can find the post where I said MMLP2 would equal the sales or outsell the origional then I will delete my account.  Nobody who was around in the 90s before the digital age would say something so stupid, I used to follow the charts weekly in those days.  Just copy and paste what I said here or shut fake ass up, and go get dressed for church cause your grandmas comin to town and u know she's gonna want to take pics of her precious grandbaby

...anyway, back to the album discussion, I've now bumped it enough that I've picked out the 5 standout cuts...

1.   "Legacy"
2.  "Stronger Than I Was"
3.  Whatever that joint is about "If you had a brain you'd be famous"
4.  That joint about his mom with that dude singing on the chorus
5.  The last joint on the album where he goes in on everyone, that track is sick

...sorry don't have the album in front of me still learning the track titles

Brian was dead wrong about his idol. That's embarrassing. If you're going to be a fanboy, at least don't stand there looking like a fool with your pants on the ground.

Honestly, "The Monster" & "Asshole" have grown on me. I'll never really get into "Bezerk", "Survival" & "Stronger Than I Was", but other than that he doesn't miss on any other song; including the bonus tracks.

He doesn't sing on "Brainless" how come nobody is mentioning that joint?  That track is fuckin nuts!  Way better than "Monster" and "Asshole".
