Of course, there is no way to actually KNOW if someone you never met is really intelligent or just seems smart or else. And the MOST intelligent, how would I know. But two rappers that strike me as pretty intelligent are Ab-Soul and Macklemore. Their overall stance on politics/label politics/consumerism and such gives me at least the impression, that they have a good understanding of what's going on and a very critical approach. Sure, that's also only cause I agree with them. If you don't, you might simply find their opinions and perspective stupid, as well as them.

Nevertheless, I say Ab-Soul and Macklemore.

I'm talking about the overall level of intelligence they exhibit in their lyrics, their interviews, their hustle, and the overall moves they made.
