Props and Respect due to Sir Hienz,

I wanted to humbly request your services for some preliminary work on an album I am currently executive producing for a chief protege' of mine, Yatz, a 15 year old M.C. (Mentally Challenged) from Afghanistan. 

The name of his album is going to be "Sword and Shield" and I will be posting some music from him later today for inspiration.   But you probably don't even need to hear his music.  I can just tell you that as far as an Afghan reference he suggested using the Black, Red and Green.  "Black" stands for the darkness the country has faced, "Red" is for the blood they've shed, and "Green" is the color symbol for Islam... and "Sword" and "Shield" are actually metaphors for hip-hop and lyrics, that hip-hop music and his lyrics are his sword and shield to make it in the world and fight all opposing forces. 

But anyway, we will leave it up to you to see what you might come up with, as we have the highest respect for your talents.  And we can work out any contractual details, or points off the album in PM's.  Hope you can come up with something for us, props and respects...

I didn't say I didn't respect it.  But he's been posting all these album covers at the GSPOT, even one silly one for Sikotic just messing around.  So I was just curious why he didn't want to do one for this kid I'm working with.  His reply was because of money, so I mentioned that he hooked me up.  Then he just said "goodbye".

That's fine.  I do respect his work, so I'm not gonna push him on it.  But there's nothing wrong with asking somebody "why"?  Anyway, I will leave it at that and won't bother him about doing a cover for this kid.

good to know it's not just me.  I thought he just maybe was jumping on the bandwagon and decided to diss me for no reason.  There's been a lot of that going on these days
