name a song on trap music that was as timeless and genre defining as stan was.

trap music was very very consistent though...it could be played all the way through it just cant compare to how compelling songs like the urgency in kill you is or the narrative of stan.

toomp was as important to trap music as dre was to stan.
I'm really from the trenches so a record like doin' my job will always be timeless. plus I can't ever see a real nigga sayin' eminem's shit is better than a album like trap muzik -

doin my job is cooll but is that trap musik? no...thats kanye using the blueprint sound for one of the few moments the album strays from its roots

I hated "Trap Muzik", it never lived up to it's hype.  I still don't like that shit to this day.  I even tried listening to it not too long before I got locked up earlier this year.  Just never dug it

There are some classics on there, like "24", "Let's Get Away", and I guess you'd could say "Rubberband Man".  I knew I used to rock rubberbands, but waaay before T.I. ever put out the song.  I think that's why he put it out in tha firstplace.  Niggaz used to rock rubberbands for a fashion statement and/or good luck/hope.  "Urband Legend" was the shit tho and it still is.  "Urban Legend" is T.I.'s BEST work.  Everything about that album (mostly) was the shit.

From the Production to tha bars.

And you're right.  The word Trap is an incorporated word now.  Trap/Trappin.  I use it too
