is there any compensation?

I'm not trying to be a douchebag or fuck with anyone's livelihood for no reason,

but it was loose and fell on my grandma's arm while they were checking her back. It broke her arm, and her back is bad and is already on a walker. Her hands tremble before all of this, and now her arm is broken? Making her life even more difficult for everyday shit.

I dont want to get anyone fired or nothing like that (unless it was because of negligence of the staff) , but shouldnt they pay for the bills?

i just got a xray on my ribs not to long ago, after the wreck, if that shit were to happen to me id have my lawyers on their ass so fast, you could really get some cash out of it if you really have a case
