Pac just named five of the most prominent Blood leaders of the mid-90s. Pac shouted M.O.B. out throughout 1996. It's fair to say he was blood affiliated at least. Not saying he grew up in a blood hood (like me), just that he did rep the set.
BLOOD leaders?  Not really.  Maybe just reputables with some pull within the set, but I don't think they were anywhere close to controlling other Damu hoods.

Lol at this thread. I hope those of you saying Pac was a Blood/Blood affiliate aren't the same ones crying foul at Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Waka Flocka, etc. claiming to be Bloods. Using your logic they have just as much right to be labeled Bloods/Blood affiliates as Pac does. Conversations like these are best kept off the internet.

90s definately was mostly blue..... But its crazy how many wear red nowadays.
