Snoop always been doin gangsta music becuz Snoop IS a gangsta. He's just always balanced it out with crossover aimed records (old black people, young white kids, middle aged crackers, etc).

He could still do all of that with an album like the one above.

But I understand he's at another level in his life so I get why he do what he do. Becuz trust, a ghetto ass Snoop Dogg album will never be outta style to the people, but to him personally is something different

I agree with you that Snoop is in his second renassance but your a little late on your dates. The first one started with Top Dogg and went alll the way thru the second eastsidaz album... this one started with Reincarnation!

I lost my respect for Snoop and stopped supporting him way before his Snoop Lion persona. Bout 13 years ago when he first started working with corny popstars.
