 I wouldn't say for sure but yeah probably Crook. I doubt Crook will ever have two dope albums like scoe though.
 EDIT: i just remembered that score put out a third album, which i haven't heard yet.

Roscoe has 2 solid albums......Crooked I's stuff is all hit and miss.  Crooked's solo album was full of wack beats.

Yeah, if you're going to ask who could spit a more lyrical verse or whose going to kill it in the cypher then it's Crooked I by a mile, but Roscoe makes more enjoyable music overall.

Roscoe is overrated as fuck, never really got into him. His nice songs, however nice, are clearly carried by production. Dude got some skills but is a boring version of Kurupt.

Crooked I is a pussy for not releasing albums and waiting for a big break, he should have gone independent and release a slew of albums ala Daz but he still has a better catalog of songs than Roscoe and a shitload of memorable verses.

Crook's verses on Feels So Good, I Ain't Shit Without My Homeboyz, Luniz's Girl > Roscoe's career
