T.I. is a better song writer but Jeezy's old material is some of the rawest trap shit ever that set the bar for many of these cats out today

Jeezy got a slightly better catalog since he has all decent to dope albums with an arguable classic where as TIP has 2-3 frisbees on deck but one solidified classic

I like both, both make enjoyable music but Ima go with Jeezy, I like his goon style ala B-Legit and Messy Marv.
