I'd say Pac > Syke > Rated R > Macadoshis > Mopreme


but I love all 5 rappers...Mopreme never dropped his debut album and it got shelved...that pretty much ruined his career as a solo artist.  sad to say.  but dude was real dope and had a few solo bangers  (til the End, Heart of a Souljah, Mac a rama lama being my 3 favorites)

He's also a very smart man too.  Peep any of his interviews.
