Hmm... looks like the Iraqi's weren't dancing in the streets when American troops supposedly came to "liberate" them.  Now they are stuck in surrounding area's of Bagdad.  

People didn't start standing up against the unjust war in Vietnam until there friends were being sent home in body bags.  Maybe that's what will have to happen for the government to get the message.

LMAO. It has only been 8 days, and the Coalition controls half the country. If they weren't so concerned about civilain deaths, they would control everything but Baghdad. According to FoxNews, over 20,000 Iraqi soldiers have been killed, while about 45 coalition soliders have been killed. I would call this domination so far.

Obviously the battle of Baghdad wil be difficult. I see it lasting for a few months or so. But even that time frame would still be incredible to overthrow a country the size of of Iraq.
