I said the same shit about Nate Dogg's kids, who I love and support.    I said I liked the music but that there was a sort of rights of passage that they never went through.  If your going to rap about ballin and shit like that and it was just handed to you by your parents then the music lacks a sort of authenticity that hip-hop has historically respected.  It's like saying you've arrived without having traveled.

I like both tracks, the 2nd one really grew on me. I dig that vocoder sound effect or whatever it is and that Mr. Swerve dude has a nice voice.

The beats on both of these tracks are OK, but they're about 15 years too late. The light skinned guy, I'm assuming he's Mr. Swerve is beyond terrible. The whispering. The lyrics. The hook. The two other guys, C-Money and Klientel are good. Nothing that jumps off the page, but much better than than the Mr. Swerve character.

6/10 for both songs. Not my thing.

yea, swerve is the light skinned dude, he's also the producer on these tracks...he produced some shit for l.a.m.b as well. the first beat is battlecatesque to me, id fux wit that even in 2042...thnx for peepin.
