I met this new lover in the month of October
finally got together in December
and even tho it was winter
she made my summer
ill never forget her
even if we have broke ties
she shares my girls eyes
i remember her birth
mom squeezing my hand for all it's worth
you were born round 3 in the morning
i remember you dressed in piglet yawning
body so small, hands so white
didn't open your eyes at all, such a delight.
at that split moment my life was just right
my little new comer in a slumber named summer
when i think back i have to smile and laugh
i wish i could stop time like a photograph
all this moments i would give anything to relive

its about my ex and my eldest daughter don't be too harsh on me
